Counselling Sessions
More than 40% of employees are said to have suffered from depression or anxiety resulting in 12.8 million workdays being lost in the UK in 2018 – 2019 due to mental health. COVID-19 is expected to have accelerated this problem.
BHSF aim to identify and resolve the real issues behind your problems including mental health, financial wellbeing, physical illness, work life and personal life.

Eye care vouchers
Your eyes are important to so much of what you do, but you need to look after them. We understand the importance of regular sight tests, and that’s why we will pay for you to have an eye test at Specsavers. We might also be able to make a contribution of up to £45 towards a pair of glasses if you need some.*
In addition, factory operatives can request a voucher towards prescription safety glasses for use at work, if required.*

Training
Following a minimum of 12 months’ service, up to 100% funding is available for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). If you would like to take advantage of this, you will need to:
- Research your chosen course
- Find a relevant provider
- Discuss this with your direct Line Manager
- Sign off will be with HR and subject to a training retention agreement
