Advanced Technology & Capabilities
State-of-the-Art CNC Laser Cutting System
We cut sheet up to 3000mm x 1500mm and produce parts up to 2980mm x 1480mm, in material from 0.5mm to 40mm thick. Whether you need steel cut to size or custom cut stainless steel parts, we use nitrogen and oxygen gas blends to give clean, oxide-free edges.
Our process runs on Trumpf 5030 12kW and 24kW machines with three LiftMaster Compacts feeding them. That setup keeps lead times short and quality consistent on both prototypes and production runs.

Send your drawings and we will cut to your exact spec, with full material traceability on every order. One supplier for cutting and bending, so you get finished parts faster.
Learn more about Durbar/Tread plate
Checker plate is a flat metal sheet that has raised diamonds on one face, this is to improve grip and reduce accidents. Checker plate is also known as tread plate, Durbar floor plate, diamond plate or Positive Grip Pattern (PGP) floor plate. The plate has a flat alternate face for securing to other surfaces.
Maximum Sizes
The maximum sheet size for most materials is 3000mm x 1500mm, a 10mm border is required around the outside, so the maximum part size we can cut is 2980mm x 1480mm. There are exceptions to this rule – these are marked in the materials tables.
