International Book Giving Day
14th February 2021 isn’t all about hearts and roses, it’s also International Book Giving Day. This is an initiative to get books in the hands of as many children as possible.
“1 in 8 disadvantaged children in the UK don’t own a single book” [source: National Literacy Trust, Dec 2017]
To celebrate, we are donating book tokens to two local schools and a nursery attended by children of our team. Every Lasered team member will also receive a book token to spend as they wish.
