Expert Brass Laser Cutting
Laser cutting brass requires specialist equipment. Brass is highly reflective, which makes it difficult to cut cleanly with older CO2 lasers. The fibre lasers at our facility handle this without issue, producing clean, oxide-free edges on every part. Brass CZ108
CZ108 is the standard sheet brass grade we stock. It contains 63% copper and 37% zinc, giving it excellent cold forming and bending properties. The high zinc content makes CZ108 easy to work with across a wide range of thicknesses, and it holds up well during brass sheet laser cutting and subsequent forming.
