Covid-19 – a further update

The last few weeks have been difficult for everyone in both business and personal terms. We would like to start by wishing you, your family and colleagues the best of health.

During this trying time, we have remained focused on continuing to provide our services to customers through the Covid-19 outbreak, as many of them support sectors which are experiencing an unprecedented increase in demand, such as medical, food production, logistics and utilities.

The extent to which Coronavirus has disrupted day-to-day life has meant that all businesses, have had to adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving situation. Our absolute priority is to maintain a high level of service, while following government advice on risk management best practice.

HOME WORKING

Many of our colleagues who normally work in our office have moved to home working, as some of our team get used to working in new ways or from different locations, we ask customers to contact us by email where possible. We are still available on our usual number 01376 327 182 and as always we endeavour to maintain the same response times and answer any calls as quickly as we can.

Please rest assured that even while working from home, robust security measures are in place to keep all our IT systems, and your information safe.

HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

The health and safety of our employees and associates is our top priority, so we are ensuring we take all necessary steps to keep our premises as safe as possible.

  • No visitors are currently allowed on site.
  • We are operating a no contact policy for deliveries and collections to reduce the risk for both parties, this is proving to be very straightforward and is causing no disruption.
  • Our colleagues who remain in the office and at our production site have been spread out to minimise contact.
  • Our premises are thoroughly cleaned daily and our teams have enhanced hygiene protocols.
