Anti Splatter
We utilise anti-splatter technology for all our cutting processes. This protective lubricant coating is applied prior to laser cutting to prevent or minimise the occurrence of molten splatter. Ensuring the efficient and high-quality execution of the cutting process while maintaining the integrity of the metal surface.
Using an anti-splatter is to improve the overall efficiency and quality of the laser cutting process. Splatter can cause unwanted marks, dents, or scratches on the metal surface. By using an anti-splatter agent, the formation of splatter is reduced, ensuring that the sheet metal remains intact and undamaged during cutting.
