Lasered Components carries out a large volume of laser cutting for industrial applications which covers a huge range of sectors. We have laser cut components for HVAC, offshore & marine, demolition, production & manufacture.

We can produce anything from one-off components to low volume prototypes, and small production batches through to large production runs for industrial applications. Laser cutting allows us to cut small diameter holes with complex detail, good edge quality and low contamination of components compared to other cutting methods in metal plate up to 25mm in thickness. We boast an average turnaround of 3-4 working days and to ensure a complete service experience, we also offer delivery of your parts.

Our lasers can cut a wide variety of metals including various grades of stainless and mild steel, aluminium, galvanised sheet, Zintec, tread plate, copper and brass from 0.7mm up to 25mm thick.
