Bending just got faster, meet our new press brake.

Staying ahead of the curve.

The new 7050

We have always paired precise laser cutting with serious bending power, now there’s even more capacity on tap. With the new Trumpf TruBend 7050 joining our 130T and 170T press brakes, we can turn your flat parts into finished folded components faster than ever, without losing an inch of accuracy.

What the TruBend 7050 adds

More speed on smaller partsThe TruBend 7050 is built for quick, ergonomic handling of smaller to medium components, so brackets, chassis, covers and folded details move through bending at pace while still hitting tight tolerances.

Rock‑solid angles from part oneAdvanced angle control and CNC backgauges mean the first-off is already on the money, cutting down on tweaking, rework and scrap across your batch.

Extra flexibility in the scheduleWith another Trumpf press brake in the line, we have more options to slot in urgent work, split larger orders across machines and keep your lead times short – even when things get busy.

The result: more bending capacity, same Lasered reliability.

Why the TruBend 7050 Makes a Real Difference

Its compact but powerful design allows us to handle a wider range of materials and thicknesses, while improving efficiency on both small batches and larger production jobs. For you, that translates to shorter lead times, reliable accuracy, and parts that fit exactly as intended — straight off the press brake.

The full bending line-up

The new machine doesn’t stand alone, it joins a bending

set-up designed for serious work.

  • Up to 3 metres in length

Our Trumpf 130T and 170T press brakes handle parts up to 2980 mm long, ideal for channels, trays, enclosures and structural components that need multiple accurate folds.

  • Thickness range that covers most jobs
We routinely fold materials from 0.5 mm to 12 mm, and we are always happy to review designs up to 20 mm as we expand our tooling.

  • Materials you actually use
Mild steel, stainless, aluminium, brass, copper and more – all bent using processes tuned to material thickness, grain direction and springback so you get consistent angles across every batch.

Behind the scenes, ACB angle measurement and dynamic crowning keep bends uniform along the full 3 m length, helping complex folded parts assemble the way they should.

Designed around real-world drawings

Good bending starts long before a sheet reaches the press brake. To keep your parts right first time, the team looks closely at:

Clearances, flange lengths and bend spacingFrom box corners to step-bent radii, we check minimum flange lengths, bend reliefs and spacing so parts form cleanly without tearing or distortion.

How you mark up your bends Whether you send 3D models or 2D profiles, clear bend notes, radii and material specs help us match the finished folded part exactly to your design.

If you are unsure how best to prepare files, we can advise on bend radii, hole positions near fold lines and other details that make production smoother.
