Responsible for processing technical quotations for laser cutting and bending of sheet metal, amending orders, providing exceptional customer services through order and key management. Responsible for chasing and securing warm quotes and reestablishing rapport with dormant customers, to contribute to the team KPIs whilst having an emphasis on the teamwork and business profitability.

Responsible for processing technical quotations for laser cutting and bending of sheet metal, amending orders, providing exceptional customer services through order and key management. Responsible for chasing and securing warm quotes and reestablishing rapport with dormant customers, to contribute to the team KPIs whilst having an emphasis on the teamwork and business profitability.
- To be the first point of contact for all incoming customer calls /emails for enquiries, sign posting or advice.
- Ensure the correct consistent templates are used and are made bespoke where necessary.
- Communicate with colleagues internally to ensure that knowledge of certain jobs is shared or escalated as per internal processes.
- Using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, build strong customer relationships and rapport with designated accounts.
- Keep customers advised of changes internally such as lead times or pricing which may affect the order.
- Collate feedback on key accounts.
- Actively contribute to internal projects and documentation whilst managing good communication and stakeholders with changes.
- Have a key awareness of Sales and to actively promote our services and products.

- Delivery and courier support/issues, raise claims with courier companies and escalate any major issues for sign off

- Desirable to have some experience within engineering or manufacturing or creating estimates within another sector.
- Exemplary customer service understanding.
- Ideally could read basic engineering drawings or be adept at learning a new skill quickly.
- An ability to gauge relationships and build on them.
- Excellent telephone manner and inter-personal skills.
- Cold or warm sales experience would be advantageous.
- Written and verbal communication skills must be excellent.
- Strong problem-solving ability and experience of seeing solutions through to completion.
- Strong organisation skills and capable of working quickly and accurately under their own initiative in a busy sales office environment.
- A confident, self-motivated team player, who is aware of their role within the team.
