The 3-metre bending length accommodates larger sheets, making it ideal for various industrial applications, from automotive panels to aerospace components.

With this technology, even force distribution across the 3-metre length is guaranteed. The result is uniform bends, reduced tool wear, and enhanced productivity.

Automatically Controlled Bending. Using the angle measuring systems from the ACB family means even the first part in a series turns out perfect. Sensors determine the actual angle together with the springback and guide the ram to achieve the desired angle.

The machine features an intuitive control interface with 3D visualisation. This allows operators to preview bends, reduce potential errors, and enhance overall productivity.

TRUMPF integrates top-tier safety mechanisms ensuring that the operator is always protected without any compromise on the machine’s operational speed.

The design of the press brake is a testament to durability. It promises consistent performance and minimal maintenance over its operational lifespan.

The range of material thickness we can currently fold are between 0.5mm to 12mm. We are always willing to look at designs as we expand our tooling range and capabilities upon request up to 20mm thick.
