C101 offers high ductility, excellent impact strength, and outstanding conductivity for both heat and electricity. It has good to high corrosion resistance in most environments, machines well, and is excellent for soldering. C101 is also non-magnetic and resistant to bio-fouling.

Copper in general is incredibly versatile – it’s easy to work with, highly conductive, and naturally forms a protective green patina, making it a popular choice for architectural features like roofing.

It also has natural antibacterial properties. Bacteria grow more slowly on copper than on traditional metals like stainless steel, making it ideal for kitchens – think worktops, splashbacks, trims, and push plates.
