A Commitment to the Armed Forces Community
In keeping with our nationwide reach and strong relationships with local suppliers, Lasered Components is proud to announce that we have officially joined the Armed Forces Covenant. This milestone reflects our commitment to supporting the UK’s Armed Forces community those who serve today and the veterans who have served before them.
The values of dedication, discipline, teamwork, and resilience are at the heart of both the Armed Forces and our own business ethos. Joining the Covenant was therefore a natural and meaningful step, allowing us to express our pride and unwavering support for those who safeguard our nation.
Their service ensures the peace, security, and freedom that we all enjoy. It is with the utmost respect and gratitude that we have formalised our support through this pledge.
By signing the Armed Forces Covenant, Lasered Components has committed to:
- Supporting the employment of veterans of all ages, working with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) to provide tailored employment pathways for Service Leavers.
- Supporting the employment of Service spouses and partners.
- Offering flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during, and after deployments.
- Supporting national events such as Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal, and Remembrance activities.
