Training

Following a minimum of 12 months’ service, up to 100% funding is available for Continuing Professional Development (CPD). If you would like to take advantage of this, you will need to:

  1. Research your chosen course
  2. Find a relevant provider
  3. Discuss this with your direct Line Manager
  4. Sign off will be with HR and subject to a training retention agreement
