Parts are processed at a slight angle rather than in a fixed line, so there may be minor visual variation piece to piece within a batch. This doesn't affect the quality or consistency of the result. We don't offer a graining or grained finish service.

Parts with a plastic coating, etching, a pre-finished surface such as mirror polish, or parts that are bowed, warped, or at high risk of twisting.

No. We offer deburring and edge rounding as one standard, combined service, and can't provide either alone or to a specific measurement (e.g. "round to 2mm"). This won't affect tolerances if the part is bent afterwards.

Yes. The same settings are maintained across high-volume batches. If a part needs a better finish, it can be run through again.

No. The process only smooths the cut edge and doesn't affect cut profiles, cut-outs, detail, thickness, or tolerances if the part is bent afterwards.
